Curse Of The Swine-Beast:
The Greatest Film In Cinema History
Zombies! Aliens! Monsters! Incest! Cross-dressing! Atomic bombs! Intriguism Moving Pictures’ (IMP) latest movie outing is an outrageous homage to z-grade film director/producers William Castle, Ed Wood, and Roger Corman, referencing classic cult films such as “Glen or Glenda”, “Plan 9 From Outer Space”, “Bride Of The Monster”, “It Conquered The World” and many others. IMP is an independent, underground multi-media production company based in Palm Springs, California, which also produced “The Color Of Midnight”, “When The Whispers Stop”, “Circus Of Death”, “Dr. Invisible”, “The Diabolical Dr. X”, “The Ghost Of Room 13”, and “The Happy Hooligan” comedy series.
“Curse Of The Swine-Beast” boasts stellar acting talent: Phylicia Mason, Jason Hull, Bronte Nemeth, Rosemary Flaherty, Stan Jenkins, Joshua Ogden, Miguel Arballo, Brian Lavender, and Brother Andy.
You’ll be stunned by what you see on the screen! Set in 1955, the faux schlock-master Frank Gresham film’s convoluted plot revolves around a nerdy scientist with secrets who performs dangerous atomic experimentation on animals -- while wearing a tuxedo. Persistent aliens arrive to stop the scientist by reviving the recent dead as a blackmail tool. Throw in an overly-amorous sister, an up-tight cold-fish fiancee, a dim-bulb police detective, a lost gas meter reader, the aimless military, a talking parrot with a Hispanic accent, and a killer octopus… The narrator’s snarky comments are inexplicably delivered from a coffin by a weird renown futurist in a bejeweled turban. Turn the number of stock footage scenes used into a drinking game!
Production values? There’s costumes o’plenty, sets galore, and props for days.
Just in time for Halloween, the endlessly entertaining “Curse Of The Swine-Beast” isn’t like any film you have ever seen. It’s ALL the films you’ve ever seen at once! Tell your friends. They’ll be glad you did. “Curse Of The Swine-Beast” is the greatest film in cinema history!
